About Adrine
Adrine has been working in the field of psychology since 2010, helping clients’ overcome various hardships and traumas. Her professional background has given her the opportunity to work with clients of different ages and backgrounds. She’s had the privilege to meet and work with these clients while working at various hospitals, mental health clinics, non-profit social service agencies.
Adrine’s passion is helping individuals heal and see healthy changes in their lives- it can be anything from improving relationships, gaining self-confidence, overcoming major life experiences or acute life transitions- healing and change is possible!
She specializes and works with individuals, couples and families looking to address relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, attachment issues, anxiety, self-esteem, life stressors, and anxiety. Her approach is supportive, nonjudgemental, reflective, collaborative and trauma-informed.
Adrine is Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. Additional education and training in clinical modalities includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment based therapy, Gottman Method, etc.
